1Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and bpxech (hereinafter "bpxech", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the bpxech online betting and live casino platform accessible at https://bpxech.cam (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Site").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their current form, together with any documents expressly incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translated or summarised version, the English version shall prevail.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

3Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the minimum legal age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is higher. bpxech does not permit use of the Platform by persons under this minimum age under any circumstances.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Jurisdictional compliance: You must not reside in or access the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or where bpxech is unable to offer its services under its applicable license. You are responsible for verifying your own legal position.
• Personal use: You must be acting solely on your own behalf. Registration and play on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different identities, is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the Platform, Users must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You warrant that all information provided during registration — including your full name, date of birth and contact details — is truthful and belongs to you personally.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, whether or not authorised. bpxech shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify bpxech's support team immediately via the contact methods provided in clause 17 of these Terms.

KYC Verification: bpxech reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the customer relationship — at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or where fraud or money laundering risk is identified. Acceptable verification documents typically include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or equivalent government-issued identification, along with supporting proof of address where required. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and restriction of access to funds pending investigation.

5Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to the following general conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its servers or any data associated with it.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or manipulate game outcomes.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, arbitrage or other activity designed to defraud bpxech or other users.
• You acknowledge that gambling outcomes are determined by chance and/or skill depending on the game type, and that no strategy guarantees profit.
• You will not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud or other criminal activity.
• You understand that bpxech is an English-language platform and that all contractual communications will be conducted in English.

bpxech reserves the right to monitor Platform activity and to take appropriate action — including Account suspension, forfeiture of winnings and referral to law enforcement — where any violation of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.

6Deposits & Payments

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where the platform supports PKR display. The minimum deposit amount, accepted payment methods and any applicable processing fees are determined by the operator and communicated on the Platform at the time of deposit.

Familiar local payment references: bpxech may display payment method names familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and bank transfer — as reference information. The listing of these names does not constitute a representation that these services actively support, endorse or are affiliated with bpxech or online gambling. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice and depends on the operator's current integrations and the payment provider's own policies.

All deposited funds must be sourced from accounts or instruments that are legally owned and controlled by you. Deposits from third-party accounts, stolen cards or fraudulent sources will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

bpxech does not charge deposit fees on its end; however, your payment provider may apply their own processing charges. bpxech is not responsible for charges imposed by third-party financial service providers.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• KYC completion: Full identity verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed. This is a standard requirement for all players regardless of withdrawal amount.
• Wagering compliance: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before the associated funds are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering conditions may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Account standing: Your Account must be in good standing with no pending disputes, flags for suspicious activity or unresolved policy violations.
• Withdrawal method: The withdrawal method used must match the deposit method used where required by the operator, subject to the operator's anti-money laundering policies.
• Processing time: bpxech does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timelines. Processing times vary depending on the method selected and the operator's internal review process.
• Minimum and maximum limits: Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the Platform. These limits may vary by method and by Account tier.

8Bonuses & Promotions

bpxech may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers, cashback promotions, VIP rewards and other promotional incentives to eligible Users. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Wagering / Rollover: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — that is, a specified multiple of the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer type) that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Maximum bet during bonus play: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per round or spin applies. Exceeding this limit may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings. The specific limit is stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Game contribution: Different game categories contribute to wagering at different rates. Slots may contribute at 100%, while live casino games, table games and certain sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Refer to the specific promotion's game-contribution table.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period during which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonuses not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• Bonus types: Sticky (non-cashable) bonuses cannot themselves be withdrawn; only winnings derived from them can be. Non-sticky bonuses are deducted from a withdrawal request before processing.
• Maximum cash-out: Winnings derived from certain bonus types are subject to a maximum cash-out cap, as stated in the relevant offer's terms.
• One account, one bonus: Each promotional offer is available to one Account per person, per household and per device. Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

PKR amounts referenced in promotional materials are illustrative examples only unless expressly confirmed as current operator terms. Always verify the current offer terms directly on the Platform before claiming any promotion.

9Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across the Platform. Specific rules applicable to individual sports markets, live betting, casino games and instant games are published separately and should be read in conjunction with these Terms.

• All bets placed and accepted on the Platform are final. Once confirmed, bets may not be cancelled or amended except where the Platform's "Cash Out" function is available and the User exercises that option within the permitted timeframe.
• bpxech reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to technical fault — at any time. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account Balance.
• Maximum stake limits per bet and per event apply and may vary by market, sport and Account tier. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, Pakistan's international fixtures and domestic competitions — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published on the Platform.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to fast-changing odds. bpxech does not guarantee that a specific odds price will remain available for any duration. All in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmed acceptance.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, the decision of bpxech's sports team (or the relevant game provider in the case of casino games) shall be final, subject to any formal complaints procedure described in these Terms.

10Responsible Gambling

bpxech is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible to all registered Users:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR to control expenditure.
• Loss limits: Users may set caps on the amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Users may set time-based reminders or automatic session termination.
• Cooling-off periods: Users may temporarily restrict their own Account access for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Users may request permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are binding for the duration specified.

bpxech strictly enforces its 18+ (or higher operator/license minimum) age policy and does not market to minors or vulnerable individuals. If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available on the Platform and to seek support from relevant external organisations.

11Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Creating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering or terrorist-financing purpose;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies or other means to circumvent geo-restrictions;
• Colluding with other users to manipulate bet outcomes;
• Using bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical faults for financial gain;
• Systematically abusing bonus offers (including "bonus hunting" or "arbitrage" through coordinated play);
• Placing bets on the instructions of or on behalf of a third party.

12Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall design — is the property of bpxech or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of bpxech.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpxech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. bpxech does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may affect Platform availability; bpxech will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.

bpxech's total cumulative liability to any User, regardless of the basis of claim, shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that User during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14Account Suspension & Closure

bpxech reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Suspected fraud, identity theft, money laundering or other criminal activity;
• Duplicate Account detection;
• Self-exclusion request by the User;
• Legal or regulatory requirements applicable to the operator.

Upon permanent Account closure, any remaining real-money Balance — after deducting any bonus funds and winnings subject to wagering requirements — will be returned to the User via the most recent verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpxech holds its applicable operating license, as determined by the operator and published separately. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or tribunals specified by the applicable license authority.

Nothing in this clause constitutes legal advice to Users in Pakistan. Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may have independent implications for users accessing this Platform from Pakistan. Users are responsible for seeking independent legal advice if they are uncertain about their legal position.

16Amendments to These Terms

bpxech reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with clause 14.
