Safe Play at bpxech

Responsible Gambling

Gambling at bpxech is meant to be entertainment — nothing more. This page explains the tools, policies and principles we have built into the platform to help every player stay in control, stay informed and play safely.

18+

bpxech is strictly for adults aged 18 and above — or the higher minimum required by the operator's license jurisdiction. We do not market to minors, and we actively enforce age verification at account level. Local laws in Pakistan may additionally restrict gambling; users are responsible for their own legal compliance.

Our Position

Gambling Is Entertainment.
Not a Financial Strategy.

At bpxech, we are direct about this: betting on cricket, PSL matches, ICC tournaments, football, UFC bouts or playing live casino games can be genuinely enjoyable — but it carries financial risk and is never a reliable way to make money. The house edge is real, variance is real, and no system or strategy changes that over the long run.

We built bpxech with tools that put the user in control of their own experience. These are not buried in account settings or hard to find — they are accessible from your account dashboard and you can use them at any time without needing to contact support first. Whether you are a casual player watching PSL from Karachi or someone who enjoys a weekend session on live casino from Lahore, the same controls are available to everyone.

"If it stops being fun, it is time to stop — and bpxech makes that straightforward."

We also recognise that some users may develop a problematic relationship with gambling. We take that seriously. This page outlines the full set of tools available, the warning signs worth knowing, and what to do if gambling stops being a source of entertainment and starts causing stress.

Pakistan notice: bpxech does not hold a gambling license from the Government of Pakistan, PTA or any provincial authority. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and related provincial legislation may restrict or prohibit gambling in Pakistan. Nothing on this page is legal advice. Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for verifying their legal position before using the platform.
Understanding Your Risk Profile

Platform Controls

Tools Built Into bpxech

Every tool below is available to all registered users. You do not need to call, chat or raise a ticket to set deposit limits or cooling-off periods — you can do it yourself, directly from your Account.

Deposit Limits

Set a maximum amount you can deposit into your bpxech account per day, per week or per month — denominated in PKR. Once a limit is active, it cannot be exceeded regardless of payment method. Limit increases require a mandatory reflection period before taking effect; decreases are applied immediately.

Loss Limits

Define the maximum amount of real-money funds you are willing to lose in a given period (daily, weekly or monthly). When your net losses reach this threshold, betting and gaming activity is automatically restricted until the limit period resets. This is one of the most effective tools for budget discipline.

Session Time Limits

Set a maximum continuous play duration. The platform will display a notification when you are approaching your limit and will automatically end your session when the limit is reached. This is especially useful for users who play live events — for example, late-night PSL or T20 matches — and want a built-in stopping point.

Reality Checks

Configure periodic on-screen reminders that display how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during that session. These pop-up notifications prompt you to reflect on whether you want to continue or take a break — an effective nudge that does not interrupt play unless you act on it.

Cooling-Off Periods

Take a temporary break from the platform — for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or a custom period of your choosing. During a cooling-off period, your account is locked for betting and casino access. Deposits are blocked. The period cannot be shortened once activated. Accounts remain viewable so pending withdrawals can still be processed.

Self-Exclusion

Request a full account exclusion for a minimum period of 6 months, up to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion prevents login, deposits, betting and casino activity entirely. During this period, bpxech will also suppress promotional communications to your registered email. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

Step-by-Step

How to Set Your Limits

Setting responsible gambling controls on bpxech is designed to be fast and frictionless. You do not need to navigate a complex support process — the controls are in your Account and take less than two minutes to activate.

We recommend setting limits before you start playing, not after a losing session. Decisions made when you are calm and in control are almost always better than decisions made in the heat of a live game or a bet that did not go your way.

Reducing a limit or activating a cooling-off period takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit or removing a restriction requires a waiting period to give you time to reconsider.
1
Log In to Your bpxech Account

Navigate to https://bpxech.cam and log in using your registered email address and password. Ensure you are on a secure, private connection — especially if accessing from public Wi-Fi in cities like Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad.

2
Open Account Settings

Click or tap your username or profile icon in the top navigation to open your Account menu, then select "Account Settings" or "Responsible Gambling" from the available options.

3
Select the Tool You Want to Use

Choose from Deposit Limits, Loss Limits, Session Time Limits, Reality Checks, Cooling-Off Periods or Self-Exclusion. Each option has a clear description of what it does before you activate it.

4
Set Your Parameters in PKR or Time

For financial limits (deposit or loss), enter your chosen amount in PKR. For time-based controls (session timer or cooling-off), select a duration. The minimum amounts and durations are displayed within the tool.

5
Confirm and Save

Review your selected parameters and confirm. You will receive a confirmation notification to your registered email. The limit or control is now active. Reductions and restrictions take effect immediately; any increase requires the mandatory reflection period to pass first.

Detail View

Understanding Each Limit Type

Daily Deposit Limit
Caps the total amount you can add to your account in any rolling 24-hour period. Example: set a PKR 2,000 daily limit to ensure a single evening's play stays within a defined budget regardless of session length.
Weekly Deposit Limit
Controls total deposits over a rolling 7-day window. Useful for players who play across multiple sessions per week — for example, across PSL match nights — and want a single weekly budget cap.
Monthly Deposit Limit
A broader monthly budget control. Suitable for players who prefer to set a single monthly entertainment allowance in PKR and not think about it further during the month.
Loss Limit (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
Unlike deposit limits, loss limits track your net losses rather than your top-ups. If you deposit PKR 5,000 and win PKR 3,000, your net loss is PKR 2,000. A loss limit of PKR 3,000/day would still allow further play; a PKR 1,500/day limit would have triggered restriction earlier.
Session Time Limit
Defines the maximum length of a single continuous play session. You can set this to 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours or a custom duration. When the limit is reached, the platform logs you out automatically. You can log back in, but the pause creates a natural break point.
Reality Check Intervals
A pop-up reminder every N minutes (configurable) showing elapsed time and session activity. Unlike a session limit, this does not end your session — it just ensures you remain aware of how long and how much you have been playing.
Cooling-Off / Take a Break
A temporary account pause of between 24 hours and 90 days. Betting and casino access is suspended immediately on activation. Ideal for users who want to step back after a difficult run of results without permanently closing their account.
Self-Exclusion
Full platform access restriction for a minimum of 6 months (short-term) or permanently. Promotional emails are suppressed. The account cannot be reopened during the active exclusion period. If you believe you have a gambling problem, this is the most robust option available.
Know the Signs

Warning Signs of Problem Gambling

These are well-recognised indicators that gambling may have moved from entertainment to a problem. Not all of these need to be present — even one or two should prompt reflection.

Gambling with money set aside for essential bills, rent or food
Chasing losses — increasing bets after a losing session to try to win it back
Feeling anxious, irritable or restless when not gambling
Hiding gambling activity from family members or close friends
Spending more time gambling than originally intended, repeatedly
Neglecting work, study or personal responsibilities due to gambling
Borrowing money or taking loans specifically to fund gambling
Gambling as a way to escape stress, anxiety or negative emotions
Repeated unsuccessful attempts to reduce or stop gambling
Needing to bet higher and higher amounts to experience the same excitement
If any of these signs resonate with you, please use the self-exclusion or cooling-off tools in your bpxech account and consider reaching out to a trusted person or a relevant support service. Taking action early is significantly more effective than waiting.
Self-Assessment

A Quick Self-Check

These questions are adapted from widely used responsible gambling self-assessment frameworks. Be honest with yourself — the results are for your own reflection only and are not stored by bpxech.

1
Have you ever spent more time or money gambling than you intended to in a single session?
2
Have you ever returned to gambling the following day to try to win back money you lost?
3
Have you ever neglected responsibilities — work, family, study — because of time or money spent gambling?
4
Have you ever borrowed money or sold possessions to fund gambling activity?
5
Have you ever felt the need to increase your bet sizes to experience the same level of excitement?
6
Have you ever felt anxious, irritable or depressed specifically because of your gambling activity?
7
Have you ever hidden your gambling from people close to you, such as family members in your household?
8
Have you ever tried to stop or cut down your gambling but found it difficult to maintain?
Interpreting your answers: If you answered "yes" to two or more of these questions, it may be worth speaking to a professional or using the self-exclusion tools in your bpxech account. Answering "yes" to any single question is still worth reflecting on. There is no judgement here — awareness is the first step.
External Help

Responsible Gambling Support Resources

If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life or someone you know, reaching out to a specialist organisation is a positive step. The following are generally recognised responsible gambling support resources.

GamCare

A UK-based charity offering free information, advice and support for anyone affected by problem gambling. Widely recognised and cited across international operators' responsible gambling frameworks. Their resources are available online and in English.

Gamblers Anonymous

An international fellowship for people who believe they may have a gambling problem. Offers peer-support group meetings (in-person and online) based on a 12-step recovery programme. Operates globally with English-language resources widely available.

BeGambleAware

An independent charity with a mission to minimise gambling-related harm. Their website provides self-assessment tools, advice on how to talk to someone about gambling problems, and a directory of support services for people in multiple regions.

Mental Health Support (Pakistan)

In Pakistan, mental health services are available through qualified psychologists and psychiatrists in major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Peshawar. If gambling-related stress is affecting your mental wellbeing, a healthcare professional can assist.

The organisations listed above are named as context only. bpxech does not have a formal partnership with any of them and does not receive referral fees. Users outside the UK or those without English-language access may find locally available resources more practical. We recommend searching for gambling support services in your own language or city if needed.

Age Verification

Our Strict Minors Policy

bpxech does not permit persons under the age of 18 — or the higher minimum required by the applicable operator license jurisdiction — to register an Account, make a deposit or place any wager on the Platform. This is non-negotiable.

Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Before a withdrawal is processed, every user must provide a government-issued identification document confirming their date of birth. A valid Pakistani CNIC or passport is the most common form of verification for Pakistani users.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are concerned that a minor in your household may be accessing gambling platforms, we recommend using parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites. Prominent examples include family safety tools available through major operating systems (Windows, Android, iOS) and dedicated parental control applications.

If you suspect that a minor has registered or is actively using a bpxech account, please contact our support team immediately using the email address at the bottom of this page. We will investigate and take appropriate action promptly.

Pakistan context: The age of 18 is the operator-enforced minimum. Local law in Pakistan may set different or additional requirements. bpxech does not represent that reaching age 18 makes gambling lawful in any Pakistani jurisdiction. Users are responsible for their own legal position.

Play Smart. Stay in Control.

bpxech's responsible gambling tools are available to every registered user from day one. Set your limits before you play, use the self-check tools when you need them, and reach out to support if something does not feel right. Entertainment is the point — nothing else.
